Intelligence Group (iG!) is a Dutch research and consultancy firm with regard to recruitment marketing and recruitment. On the basis of innovative research methods, we analyze recruitment problems and provide employers with the information and advice they need to optimize their communication with the talent they seek in the labor markets. This can range from research reports and consultancy to all-encompassing solutions to recruitment, recruitment marketing and Employer Branding problems on both national and international level.

Founded in 2003, our mission is to continuously and independently study labor markets, in order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available. By now, iG! is a trendsetting partner of nearly all important employers and recruitment-related parties in The Netherlands and beyond the borders.
