Intelligence Group is situated at the 'Noordereiland' in Rotterdam in the beautiful Hulstkamp Gebouw. This building is part of the skyline of Rotterdam and is one of the (best preserved) monumental buildings of Rotterdam.

The Hulstkamp Gebouw was build in 1893 and was original used as a margarine and cheese factory. After a while it became a gin distillery of the firm Hulstkamp & son & Molijn, to whom it owes its current name.
Since 1979 it is used as a business center, which Intelligence Group is part of.
