A detailed European IT labor market dashboard on local level
In this project, labor market data is obtained from 26 countries and their largest cities for 18 different IT professions at several levels of experience, resulting in specific data for more than 3,000 different groups. Of these groups, 34 different variables are presented from various sources such as Global Talent Acquisition Monitor (GTAM), Eurostat, LinkedIn, Indeed, Wage Indicator and over one hundred local job sites.
All this information is collected in a database and made accessible via a user-friendly dashboard in Tableau. With this dashboard, the recruiters and hiring managers can with a few simple clicks find the specific labor market data and recruitment information for each target group, country, region and desired experience level. With this information, Cognizant can modify their recruitment strategy and tactics, either when to focus on the active job searches, or for active head hunting. The provided information in the dashboard gives a solid base to form the right recruitment message responding to the drivers and most important employer benefits, through the most efficient channels. Also, the expectations of the management and other stake holders are more easily to manage when the data proofs the difficulty to attract a certain candidate.
